Cheese Tour – Say Cheese, Appenzell! – Saturday

Swiss countryside, local traditions and cheese worth travelling for—join us for a delicious day out in Appenzell!

We’ll set off from Winterthur by train, enjoying a relaxed beer as the scenery rolls by. Then it’s on foot to the Appenzeller Show Dairy, where a guided tour introduces us to the craftsmanship behind this famous Swiss cheese.

Browse the dairy shop for tasty souvenirs and local specialities before sitting down to lunch together. On the train back, we’ll raise another glass to a day well spent—ready to rejoin the RTI HYM 2027 programme in Winterthur.
